Brendon Podolski’s company, Interface Designs, has been our contractor on four projects over the past few years: a reconfiguration of our garden, renovation of our finished basement after it was flooded, redirecting our drains and re-paving our driveway, and most recently a total renovation of our kitchen.
We have always found him straightforward and reliable. He always has useful comments, suggestions and questions to contribute, and explains issues clearly. The guys who work for him are pleasant and considerate, and he uses good subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, insulation, etc.). He stands behind his work, and deals promptly and fairly with any issues.
We would not hesitate for a heartbeat to use him on any future projects in or around our home.
